I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue about 7 years ago, following two years of glangala fever and other similar viruses. Fourtunatley, it was reasonably mild and for the last 5 years my life has been slowly improving and is not reasonably normal, though after i do what i need to do in a day there isnt much left over. i suppose i am normal for a 45 yr old, probably not for a 21 yr old. Anyway, ive been seeing a doctor who has linked my energy levels to problems with my hormones, and after a long journey with him hes has perscribed me T3 supplements. they affect your thyroid, helping you to get more energy out of your food. Ive read that a few people have found it helps give them energy and lose weight, but ive been using it for 4 days now and am feeling tiered than usual, and have gained 1.5 kilo. Anyone know anyhting about this?
