I was not sure which board to post this on. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I am a 22 year old Female. I do not have any diagnosed medical problems. For the past few months I have been feeling really tired. No matter how much I sleep I still feel like I need to sleep more, Does anyone know what this could mean. Does anyone know a way to avoid this, like foods, vitamins, otc mediences I could take. I don't like going to the doctor. I work as a health Care assistant. I work Shift patterns. But I either work 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm- On the days when I start at 7am I am up 5.30 I get home at 3pm and Fall staight asleep, every part of my body will hurt, I know other people are able to work like that, come home cook dinner, clean the house, and look after a child, but I come home and feel exhausted, I honestly have no enegy at all, is this normal. I feel like I am wasting my life away by always being asleep.
