| Immune system going back to normal?
Hi All,
I've had chronic fatigue for about 1 year, started suddenly and severely and I've been slowly getting better ever since. I had a virus which started it, followed by slow recovery.
I've been immune to colds, coughs, flu etc while I've been ill, which isn't unusual in chronic fatigue due to the imbalance of the immune system as I understand. People have come round with bad colds that I simply haven't caught.
Now, I have a throat infection and cold, and it's the first time I've had a virus...I've had sore throats but nothing more previously. I've also noticed increase of cold sores and mouth ulcers recently. I am assuming this is a good sign, as my immune system is now more in balance......what do you think?
