Honey, get you some B-12 under the tongue. They have it liquid. I use it and it helps some when I need to leave house. Also my dr. put me on 50,000 Vit. D-3 for pain. You need some meat of some sort for the amino acids. Hope this helps.

I've been going through this for over 6 years now, and have yet to find the reason why my mornings feel like I haven't slept at all and my days are like walking through an ocean floor.

I use to live off 6-7 hours a night, workout for 2 hours a day, eat healthy as a horse. This came out of no where.

Nothing has worked for me, yet, and I'm nearing the end of my mental stability and will to live. Hopefully, you will have better luck!
any updates on your condition would be helpful. thanks

Wow, its been years since that post. I would love to tell you i found my issue, but i havent. The medical community has failed me. I have exhausted all means of finding a reason why. 9 years i have felt like this. 9 years of doctors, tests, and prescriptions. Whatever this is it is here to stay. Accepting that this is my life and i have to survive for however much longer i live is all i have.

Itburns2004 How are things going with your energy level and have you been working out any? I lot of what you mention about how tired you get has to do with your diet! How are you eating daily, are you eating in or out?

Sounds like maybe stress caused your adrenal glands to crash. I'm also 24 and in the same boat! I have an appointment with a endocrinologist to check hormones... I think it's adrenal fatigue! Google it.

SleepyTee I'm 25 and a new mommy. I can totally relate to you. I have never EVER been a morning person, but I have never felt this drained in my life. I also take adderall and literally, It's the ONLY ONLY thing that helps me get through my days. It's horrible I have not been eating as best I can either or staying hydrated. Going to try and turn it around. Getting sick of relying on my adderall to help me get through my days. I wish there was something else I could do. I do take vitamins but haven't been very consistent with them because I always am thinking of what the baby needs! Hope you have found some answers

you should have your dr. check for anemia. severe anemia comes with all of the systems you have described. not being able to sleep, aching body, tired, depressed and you don't haved to be losing blood to have it. you could be needing iron transfusions like i did. over the counter iron pills did not help me since my body doesn't retain the iron i need to do this often as my dr. checks my red blood cells. research online about anemia. i haven't had a period since 2002 when i had a hystorectomy, I've had blood transfusions over the years until i found a excellent dr. who referred me to a hemotologist so now i just get iron transfusions when i start feeling most of the systems you just described. hoped i helped you , but needs find a good dr., not the same one over and over.

Not living, just in a constant fog while the world keeps moving on...without me. Eating low glycemic foods, no gluten and drinking lots of water (especially in the mornings when my BP is extremely low). Min of 3 quarts a day. Good luck to you all....Don't let it beat you...We will stumble on the answer one day and share with the rest...I'm just sure of it!!!

Re: sleeping my life away because of no energy. Can you help?

I stumbled on this thread trying to find answers for enemia. My son had sleep apnea and passed away at age 22. We found out he had an enlarged heart after his death. Doctors never caught it. He had insomnia which is severe sleep deprivation. He couldnt cope and we didnt understand what to do. Felt helpless. After he passed i live every day knowing i should have acted faster for him. He should have had a sleep study on him, bloodwork and through this they would have found enlarged heart. If your child goes to doctor and his blood pressure is high do not let doctor blow it off as nerves or hes to young for heart issues. Go to a sleep study for a night!!!. Get complete bloodwork done and get your hearts check with sonogram. Thyroid is another. My son was 6ft 7 with 18 shoe and 285 pds. Big boy. We realized in pictures he had what they call barrel chest. We always thought it was his size. If you do not want to do a sleep study you can buy a cpap machine yourself. Do it now. Get your heart checked completely if your blood pressure is ever on high side. Get it checked anyway. Not by letting doctor listen to your heart at a appt. Wont do it. Research all of the above. My sons gone. No second chances. Each of your lives are so precious. He had all the same issues as whats described on this thread. Ask your family or your friend to get you up and to make you do it. When your like that you have no motivation to even do anything to even help yourself. You need support. Hugs to you. I feel for you with genuine feelings. Your beautiful with so much potential. Please do these things.
