| If you have CFS please look at this
I kept being told I had ME/CFS and that there was not too much I could do about it. This was about 5 years ago when I was 18. I was completely bed bound.Turns out I actually have a condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome with Orthostatic Intolerance. Its actually pretty common with CFS. There are tons of symptoms, such as exteme fatigue, palpiations, tachycardia, ligtheadedness, feeling like you are going to pass out, bowel/stomache problems...ect. Dont always take CFS as a true diagnosis. POTS has a treatment plan and it can be tested for through a tilt table test. Once I started treating it, i went from bed bound for 8 months to driving and working again.
