Question Tired all the time, hive over lymph node, weird symptoms

Hi. I am hoping someone can help me figure out what is wrong with me. My main issue is fatigue but I also have a recurring hive in the same place over a lymph node on my neck.
I can see and feel a chain of lymph nodes along the right side of my neck- 3 drs have told me they are nothing to worry about. However, every few weeks I get 1 hive directly over a lymph node on my neck in the same place. I don't get them any where else.

Here are the rest of my symptoms:

For the past year, i have been experiencing lethargy, fatigue, tiredness. I don't feel like myself. I have some gained weight and just don't feel right.

I have foggy thinking, inability to concentrate, dizziness/balance, I feel like I am floating away, feel like I am in a dream. Sometimes, I have to stop and think what I am doing, kind of "reset" my mind. Occasional headaches. mental confusion; feeling "out of it"

During the afternoon, I will begin to feel dizzy, tired, weird or delirious around the same time every day.
Sometimes grainy vision, feeling like in a tunnel. Strange behavior- like I am a zombie. I will eat and zone out while I am eating, zone out while working or reading or doing anything

All blood tests performed came back normal. All thyroid levels came back within the normal ranges, ANA came back fine, glucose and Hemoglobin A1C normal

What could this be?

This sounds a bit like Lyme Disease or another related tick-borne infection (Babesia, Bartonella)and which might be something to look into it as a possibility. When I was diagnosed with it, I had lethargy and fatigue. As it progressed, I started to develop things like feeling a sense of "brain fog", vertigo, dizziness, tunnel vision, amongst other things.

Swollen lymph nodes, odd hives, and random rashes can happen as well. Blood tests would show up normal unless being tested for Lyme.

Good luck!

I tested negative to Bartonella and lyme disease but I did test positive for Rickettsia but after further testing, the dr. concluded it was a false positive. I did, however contract EBV 2 years ago.

My CURRENT blood tests for EBV are as follows:
Test: --- ----------- Result ---- Flag ------------ Reference
EBV to NA --------- >596.0 ------ H ---------- 0.0-21.9 u/ml
EBV to VCAP ------- >750.0 ------H ---------- 0.0-21.9 u/ml
EBV AB TO V IGM --- <10.0 ------------------ 0.0 - 43.9 u/ml
EBV AB TO EAIGG ---- 50.5 ------ H ---------- 0.0-10.9 U/ml

The infectious disease specialist I saw told me there is no such thing as chronic fatigue syndrome and that he thought I had depression. When I insisted that I did not have depression he told me it was possible to have depression and not know it.

Thanks. So are you completely over your symptoms? What did the dr. tell you to do or take? I am far away from Bonita Springs, FL. Both financially and regionally.
