Steve, check my 2nd post under insurance for a list of suggestions on how to manage this month [and possibly afterwards depending on the outcome of the PA] based on your dose. It's buried back towards the beginning of the posts now. *Start* with the post where you responded to me - I completely rewrote that post yesterday. Concerned you might have missed it because I edited my old post [bef. I understood the dosage, and posted the suggestions on that same post.

- I saw you were on the board this morning a few times today but that you haven't posted anything on the insurance post, so not sure if you saw the suggestions [fairly buried now] and it isn't your habit to respond, or if you missed them.
