| Re: help for chronic leg pain ?
Hey Kerri,
Welcome to the boards. You haven't mentioned just how many different meds your doc(s) have tried, but I know for some of the members here, when they have primarily nerve pain and have exhausted all other options of pain relief with little or no success, some docs are recommending the spinal stimulator implant.
Has you doc discussed this with you as a possibility? It is usually not brought up by most docs unless they have run out of the more traditional pain management methods and feel the patient is a good candidate. But there are quite a few of the regulars here who have it and it has made a world of difference for their pain.
Don't know if this was helpful, but I'm sure others will chime in with advice and suggestions. Take care and post often. This is truly an amazing site, with so many caring and compassionate people. CMP/MM
