Abdominal pain

I experience frequent pain in the abdomen especially after meal. But i had a sharp prolonged pain and i was advised that it was due to Spasm of the diaphragm. What is that and what precautions do i need to take ?? And any diet regulations?

Re: Abdominal pain

If pain is on the right, especially after fatty meals have your gallbladder checked.

Re: Abdominal pain

Hello. There is a test called colonoscopy. They recommend it to people over the age of 50 year old or 35+ if they have any family member who had colon cancer.

Good Luck.
