| Re: Need Help for Chronic Pain
Hey hello and welcome!.There is proffessor Paul Brown/seattle. Perhaps he can find you a good pain management?.
You're taking right now imitirex?. Try Topamax instead.
Sounds like you need strong pain killers even the patch. Ibuprofen and naproxen are not enough for severe chronic pain. you know? not after 8 cars accidents. You probably have also soft tissue damage. Luckily you don't have pain in the neck. You're very lucky, trust me.
THere is also cymbalta and clonazepam.
Go back to your doctor, communicate, tell him ibuprofen doesn't help and you need something stronger. There is percocet...problem is that when that stops working they switch you to oxycontin and they changed the formula and oxycontin doesn't work that good anymore. But they have morphine etc.
Lynn, I'm telling you, those car accidents. I wish they've never invented this machine. It caused more damage than good. It made so many people suffering from chronic pain plus bulging disks 24/7 chronic debilitating pain.
Let me know how you doing.
P.S living in washington doesn't really helps chronic pain. It's cause it's so rainy almost every day and humid.
