Not sure if I should see a doctor...
I am 20 years old. I have abdominal pain, I feel bloated often, gassy, nauseas, I am always tired.. I have severe back pain, intercourse is sometimes painful for me, and I also have to use go to the restroom often. Also, when I get my periods, I go through the worst pain I have ever had.. I tried looking online and found ovarian cancer, but it's not common for a 20 year old, so does anyone have any advice or anything for me..? It would be much appreciated

Could be Endometriosis. You could do a search on that and also visit the Endometriosis Board and Womens Health Board here on Health Boards. Also, make an appt. with a Gynecologist would be wise...janiee

A gynecologist is a good place to start. There are also internists who specialize in women's health issues, and these physicians are usually female. This type of doctor might be able to sort out what might be digestive issues from gynecological problems.

See a doctor - anything else would be just guessing, you need a thorough checkup, a specific diagnosis and propper treatment.
