Suicidal thoughts? Here is some help.
Do not try to handle suicidal thoughts by yourself. Get professionals involved immediately:
People do know how to get you the help you need. Don't give up asking for help. If you really don't plan to harm yourself, then still go to a professional and admit that you are depressed and/or stuck in your depression and don't know what to do to turn around some of the issues that have kept you there.
Ask for help to see where to start. Getting well may hard work, but you can do it.
