| Cold and Fever - 6 weeks and counting
I'm particularly susceptible to the cold virus and tend to pick up around 5-7 colds in a year.. It's literally the biggest problem in my life - I'd estimate that I've been sick around 30% of the time throughout my life.. Quite sad.
My colds typically last the usual 1 to 3 weeks. But right now something strange is going on. I'm in my sixth week of catching a bug and it's showing no sign of going away. I don't have any extremecare me. symptoms, but mild fever, fatigue, weakness and just a general crap feeling - find it too hard to get out of bed and get to work every morning. I love my work, am a very motivated person so this is a very strange feeling for me.
Last year I had one cold that lasted around 5 weeks, that was also a first for me. But now at 6 weeks its beginning to scare me.
Anyone else out there who has had such prolongated colds?
