no sleep

whenever i get the cold, flu or sinus infection (which is often ), i can never fall asleep, because of the draining feeling in my head ( which i really dislike) i dont get sleep for like two days in a row, just fifteen minute naps here and there... this really makes me exhasted... i have tried to go to sleep sitting up as well as elevating my head and taking meds, but none of this works, got any ideas???

I wish I did. I have a sinus infection and bronchitis and I cannot sleep either because of the thick draining in my head. If you find any answers let me know.
