cold has gone now sick - Colds & Flu Message Board

i had the begining of a cold last w/end dry throat and cough then it got to runny nose and eyes but all through this it never affected my appetite i still have a bit of a cough but now every time i eat dairy products it makes me sick would be glad to hear of any suggestions on what this could be most of the things i eat have dairy products in them and im finding it hard to find anything apart from vegetables to eat.

try the soup made from beef or chicken cubes. fatty foods are harder to digest,

Hi bruce and thanx for the suggestion but i was thinking more of snacks like tea i can't have milk or a sandwich i can't have butter it's driving me mad cos i eat a lot of bread and drink alot of tea.
