Hi i have had a bit of a cold since last weekend but it didnt affect my appetite seems to be going away now just a cough left but now when i eat dairy products they make me sick was wondering if anyone knows what this is and how long it will last too scared to eat dairy now hate being sick i will give it a couple of days and see how it go's if i can't find any answer's on here i will have to go to the doc's.Any suggestions welcome .

well i could be part of your cold, or you could be lactose and tollerant (i think thats how you spell it) I found out about 15 months ago that I was, I get really sick when I have dairy so I take lactaid pills. Either go to the doctor, or if your willing to risk that you are just lactose and tollerant, you could eat some icecream or drink some milk, but take a lactaid pill.

When you have the flu or a cold it is unwise to eat any dairy as they are mucus producers. Actually when you have the flu or a cold you need to fast and only drink fluids, such as hot tea, chicken broth,etc...I tried it out on my fiance a couple of weeks ago and his cold cleared up by the next day. (He was my little experiment)!
