I have had a sore throat since Friday and I've noticed that it is only sore on the right side and it feels like there is a lump there. There is swelling in the area where the pain is. There also is a feeling of... choking? It's hard to describe, but in the back of my throat, I have the same feeling that I get when I'm about to cry... A sort of "blockage" in the back of my throat... And I actually feel like I'm about to cry... Very strange. Anyone heard of anything like this or experienced this before? Any help would be great.
