This sounds almost exactly like what I am going through right now. I have looked all over these boards wondering what the problem was until I took my temperture and realized I had a fever. Up till that point I thought I had a gallbladder problem because my pain usually got worse whenever I would eat, just like you said you did. I also talked to one of my friends and he seems to have the exact same symptoms so I would assume it is just a stomach bug. I'm already starting to feel better so hopefully you will too soon.
