You're probably right. My kids are going through strep right now for the second time in a month! They didn't even have a sore throat and only one of them had a fever. Throats weren't red. Only symptoms they had were my eight year old - weak legs and very tired and pale. My younger one - low fever for about 1 day and tired - fell asleep right after supper - and that's it. The doctor said that strep is going around pretty bad here and they aren't really getting typical symptoms but throat cultures come back positive. I started yesterday with a fever and chills, sneezing and runny nose - typical cold symptoms, and now I'm coughing so I am figuring I have strep too and will probably go to the doctor tomorrow. He will probably just put me on medicine just because the kids are positive on their tests. Let me know if you find out what you have. Take care.
