If you have been taking flu shots and then stop them.
Will this increase your risk of getting the flu the following year more than if you have never taken the shot in the past?
An ex-nurse told me that once you start taking the flu shots, you must keep taking them.
Is this true?
i have never heard of this...but i guess it is possible, but you are only going to get the flu if you come into contact with it (through touching a surface with a strain of flu on it or breathing the mist droplets that someone with the flu sneezed out.) so protect yourself by using hand sanitizer when you touch common surfaces such as door handles in public and wash your hand when you enter your home from being out in public. and if you have no sanitizer with you and you touch something alot of other ppl have then avoid touching your mouth or nose (where the virus can enter)
oh and start taking vitamin c to boost your imune system!
