Is it normal?

whenever I get a stuffy nose, in the mornings it gets really hot in my house and when i blow my nose sometimes there's some blood. And I always wake up having to clear my throat of phelm.

But this morning for the first time when I cleared my throat there was some blood in the phelm. Is that normal?

Re: Is it normal?

the blood was probably just from your nose and in dry climates i think it is common to have nose bleeds or just have some dry blood in the nose, i know i have some blood like you explain when we have our heat on because it is electric heat...which is really drying to the air
if it really begins to become a bother then see your doc
