| Annoying sore throat/inner ear/cold symptoms
I got over a cold I'd had for 2 months about 2 weeks ago and now it seems to have returned. And when I swallow, the inside of my right ear and the inside of my throat itch like crazy! My ear itches very deep down inside, and it got so bad that I stuck a pencil in it to try and itch it. This usually happens when I get a cold. Is this itching sensation normal?
Also, I decided to include this particular question in this thread instead of starting another one...I have a lot of phlegm in my throat constantly, and when I talk, it rises up in my throat and my voice cracks and becomes high pitched from the "clogging". It's very embarrassing to have to clear my throat every 15 seconds and to talk to people and have my voice downsize to that of a Munchkin. What causes this excess phlegm? Could it be because of the fact that I had bronchitis when I was younger?
