Timing - When to take vitamins...
Suppose we're taking vitamin C supplements (say 1000 mg or 500 mg in a day or whatever). Does the timing actually make a difference? That is, if you take it in the morning versus if you take it at night, is it gonna make a difference?
On one hand, I notice that whenever I have a cold, it starts off as a light tingle, and then it ALWAYS explodes overnight. Does the immune system slow down overnight, meaning the vit-C boost should be done at bedtime, or does the cold explode overnight simply because your head is not upright, and therefore mucus stuff doesn't drain out naturally?
In general, does the timing of vitamins in a day matter at all?
