if u are having cold, n you exercise? what would happen? the doctor said tt my lungs were infected. i mean to ur lungs? would ur lung capacity decrease? how come i feel breathless when i talk sometimes?

i would say if you have been sick you lungs are just weak right now, one thing you can do to increase lung compacity is to take as much air into your lungs as you can then hold it there for about 5 seconds or it a few times a day.
if anything excersize will help your lungs...not hurt them.
