hi.....is it possible..
i have cold like symptoms...i been sneezing alot...i dont really have a sore throat my ear kinda hurts off and on.....im 16....could this cause a swollen lymph node?...or is it something else?...

it may also be a sinus infection (if your snot *sorry so graphic* is yellow or green)
and you may also have an ear infection and for either of those you need to get on some antibiotics, infections can have long term effcts on the body/organs.
seeing a doc may be a good idea

Yes that could cause a swollen lymph node simply because the lymph nodes are trying to fight off infection. It should most likely be swollen in your neck area or ear.
