I was at the doctors for sinus problems the other day.....I went to an ENT...my symptoms?
Plugged ears for 1 MONTH!

He said I had no sign of infection....just clogged ears (congestion was from a cold I was getting over). I had lost 30% of my hearing because of my plugged ears! You know what he said? to plug my nose, close my mouth and blow! I had allways been told that was bad for you...that you could injure your ears. But here was an ENT telling me to do it...and you know what ??? after the 4th time I did it....over the course of about 4 hours....UNPLUGGED EARS!!!!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Here I was thinking something major was going on with my ears, when all I had to do was plug and blow and drain them out!
So....just to let everyone know who doesn't already...try it the next time you are having plugged ear problems, plug and blow...it may just clear them up!
