bad gas could be appendix?
how do you differentiate between bad gas and appendix problems? i'm having really bad gas pains and i think that's the problem because when I flatulate it goes away a little bit and I haven't deficated in a while. But my family has a history of appendix problems and I'm worried that might be the problem, because it hurts especially bad this time.

Do you have a fever or are feeling sick otherwise?? Another sign of having an appendicitis is not being able to pass gas.
