Glass, computer keyboard, air or whatever. Does anyone know what the time interval is between the time the cold sufferer has sneezed and when you can safely walk through the air where they did it? How about a flue sufferer using a door handle or your telephone?
Without sanitizing everything in sight don't these germs die in a few seconds/ Anyone?
In answer to my own question, I have been told from less than minute to 48 hours for cold or flu type illnesses. The key offenders would be things like telephone receivers and common use door handles where the sick person is toughing these things several times a day, and of course, the handshake since the warm, moist surface of the human body is going to be the ideal resting place for the virus.
