| Seem to get one cold after another
I live in New England and it seems like I can never completely get rid of a cold. First the weather is warm and then it gets cold and then warm again. Its driving me bippy. I had a cold around June of this year and then once I started to get over it my boyfriend caught it. Once he started to feel better I got it again...its a vicious cycle. I take Vitamin C and multivitamins and even Vitamin B12 but I still get a stuffy nose and a stupid tickle in my throat or scratchiness and at times a feeling of heat in my chest. At night I wear one of those breath right strips, use a bit of sinus spray and a bit of Vicks up my nose and then wear my cpap. I breathe great all night long..no coughing at least not until I wake up. I feel as if my esophagus has a coating of some crud in it so I cough to try to shake it loose but nothing works. I would love to get rid of this and so would he. He is constantly trying to clear his throat and we both sneeze (me more than him). Any suggestions?
