Flu, Chest cold
Hello, I am coughing and hack out white to yellowish mucus when I sleep I lay on my side & I cough more and I can not take a beep breath with out coughing, Standing and sitting feels better & take deeper breaths, Not a full deep breath. When I take Thera Flu & Mucinex DM, I don't coughas much I still cough mucus for 10 - 15 minutes an calm down.
What flu do I have. Do I need to worrie about H1N1.

when i catch a cold, i always focus on reinforcing my immune system.
I immediately eat better. Combine the food. one plate 4 items. 1or 2eggs 2 vegetable, a big potatoes,
apple and oranges.
call a funny friend.
Then i bike or jogging outside .That's efficient .
