sense of smell after nasal douche
I have had a very strange sense of smell for the past two months since using a netipot, post sinus infection. Strong smelling things all smell the same - very odd smell. I can smell things if I go up very close. Could this have anything to do with the teatree oil in the douche?

I think what you are smelling is the infection in your nasal passages, kinda weird, but I went through something very silmilar once.

I would stop using the tea tree oil in the douche, and instead just use saline or a saline/sodium bicarbonate mixture

1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of bicarbonate in 1 cup of warm water is normal the usual mix
