| thick saliva
I had a cold for about a week and a half but that is gone now. I still have this nasty cough that is going away little by little and has gotten a lot better over the past week. I was spitting out the mucus as much as possible. At first it was very discolored. Most of the gross colors are gone now but my saliva is so thick to where i still have to keep spitting. It is hard to swallow and if I do swallow it feels like thick slime going down my throat. If my cold and cough is mostly gone why is my saliva so stinking thick! I have to spit at least every minute. What is teh cause of this?
