I recently came down with what I believe was the "24 hour flu" which I have heard referred to as gastrointestinal something or another. Anyways, I was EXTREMELY sick for about 20 hours (terrible fever, vomiting every hour, diarrhea, sweating, dehydration, the works), and after that I felt extremely tired but quite a lot better. Almost all my symptoms were gone but I still feel really sick to my stomach. Not really sick like "Oh no I'm going to throw up!" but more like, "Yuck something feels gross in my throat and I don't feel like eating, drinking, doing anything." Is this something normal after the flu? If so how long does this damn feeling last!?

I should also mention I have stomach cramps pretty consistent throughout the whole day (like I have bad gas or something).
