I have these symptoms:
- Fullness in the head, like head tension/pressure all over which causes the constant headache
- Clogged/stuffed ears
- Horrible Tensions/pressure in the neck muscles
I had a sinus infection about two weeks ago and I had the tickle in the throat with the cough, the sinus headache that caused me to not go to work, the whole deal. Lately, I've been feeling very lethargic, I usually work out all the time and now I just feel like I don't have the energy for anything.
Hi: The neck pain could be 'spondylitis' which can be relieved by doing neck-stretching exercises. 'The headache-related thing could be sinusitus which can be relieved by an appropriate menthol spray (or related device) combined with a course of antibiotics.
If you have cold/ flu symptoms additionally, please refer to my entry regarding 'Treatment for a common cold'
Are you feeling better because I have this same problem and it is the third time I have had it.
I am feeling better because this was back in November..I seriously just rested. I slept constantly and put a cold wash cloth on my head and it just kind of went away. If this is the third time you've had it in a short amount of time I would check out the doc.
yes, I was seeing the doctor since November - I have been on two different antibiotics, and I see the doctor tomorrow for my checkup. So I was closely monitored by my doctor.
I've been dealing with the same thing...about two weeks after New Years...thought I was getting better and it keeps coming back, back and neck pain, green nasal discharge, gravelling throat with a dry cough, both me and my girlfriend are dealing with it, we just thought we were retransmitting it to each other...its affected our sleep and energy big time and just when you think you are over it...it comes back just in time to ruin the weekend activities. The aches seem to be moving around to various parts of the body...very strange, I dont normally get the Flu so kind of weird thing, the Doc tested me for Streph infection...nothing and no its a viral thing, in fact the Doc was dealing with it himself!!!
