Feeling unwell for two months

Hi all,

I've been feeling sick for two months. It's the weirdest thing. Started out as stomach flu, I think? Never vomited. Had on and off nausea for a month. Now just feel "sick," "general malaise." Two days I'll feel fine. The next three to four I feel generally sick (no specific symptom) and at random times nauseous. A doctor told me it could be a long-lasting virus. He said viruses can last for months. Is that true?

Did blood work. Nothing revealed. Fine.
Did H-Palori. Fine. Nothing there.
Even did a sonogram. Nothing revealed. No vomiting.
No other symptom. No fatigue. No pain. Just "ickiness," "general malaise," and sometimes stomach discomfort, nausea.

Considering an endoscopy. When I sleep for the most part, all the symptoms disappear. Need feedback.
