Perfumed Fan

My mother has become so forgetful and confused I can't let her go anywhere without me. She claims she had a flu shot at a grocery store clinic. I wasn't aware of it, she says I was in a different part of the store. I can't find a receipt, patient information folder, etc.... I don't think she had one and would like her to get one to be protected. Just in case she really did get one -- would it be harmful to have another?
