Muscle spasms following tummy tuck procedure?

I had a tummy tuck 8/2013 which left me with muscle spasms in my stomach or really bad jerks. I saw 5 other PS after that and was finally told the spasms were because my muscles below my breadt bone were not sutured so it caused those muscles to flap which caused the spasms. Well I had a 2nd TT done hoping that was correct on 3/25/16 and needless to say I'm still having spasms. They occur mainly when I'm driving, watching tv, or lying in bed. It's typically when I'm in a relaxed state. Please suggest what I can do to rectify this issue. I'm currently on Valium but I can't take that forever. It's really depressing because I feel so abnormal with the pain. The best way to describe it is almost like I feel like I'm being shocked or a severe pinch which makes my whole body jump because it's unexpected.
