First off Im surprised you dont seem they review with you everything about the surgery. Thats not very professional and I hope you have selected a good surgeon cause you cannt give your nose to any doctor.
As for the surgery, I did not have the chin implant but I did had the rhino so let me tell you
FORGET THE GYM FOR A BIG WHILE! But once you have the surgery you will notice why you cannt when you just as simply sit in the toilet and try to push a little. So no gym at least no weight for about 3 months, you may go into cardio exercise probably upon a month and half depending how fast you heal, some people heal faster than others.
Have chapstick handy. Your lips will dry when you have no choice than to breath through your mouth for the firt couple of days after the surgery.
Be careful with the drug pain pills they give you. I took one I think it was percoset (not sure of the name) without eating and the stomach pain I got afterwards was worse than the nose one! The pain is really not bad at all as far as the nose goes but its very uncomfortable. I can imagine much more so with your chin implant too. That should hurt to even eat so I guess you will be on soups for one good week.
