I'm looking at all options for getting this work done by the end of this year.
That means, I'm even considering going to a respected surgeon overseas.

If there's anyone who has had surgery successfully performed by a doctor in Brazil, please recommend him/her to me. If you know someone who has done this then please recommend him/her also.

Dr Ana Zulmira Badim. She is very talented with breast surgeries and has a contact in the states who sets it all up. Google breast augmentation brazil and you should find her info. I have not gone to her but if/when I am ready for that surgery I likely will-her work is VERY natural looking. Good luck!

I cannot speak about the surgery, but, having grown up in Rio de Janeiro, I know a little something about Brazil. Brazil is a great country but be careful if you travel there. My guess is you are probably looking at a trip to Rio or Sao Paulo. In either case, do your homework before you go. Rio is a gorgious city but a very dangerous one as well. Know who it is you are going to see there. Once there, know where to go and what parts of the city to avoid. If you go out at night (which most people do because of the great night life), it's best to go out with a group of people, not by yourself. Carry ID at all times; don't carry much cash and spread it around, avoid wearing fancy jewelry, etc. I went back to Rio a few years ago for a class reunion....still the same fascinating city but more dangerous than when I left in the early 80's. I'm not trying to scare you, but the memories of being mugged in Rio are still quite vivid in my mind. Best of luck to you and be safe!
