Question about breast augmentation

I was never one to want plastic surgery before children. I have my imperfections, sure, but I am over all happy with how the good Lord made me.

Since I had my son, however my breasts are really saggy. I have always been between an A and a B cup. I was small but perky. I am not a big girl though so I was proportionate.

I got into fitness and got really lean. This made my already saggy boobs turn into empty skin sacks. On top of that my nipples are not small.

I just want to be a full and perky B cup.

How was surgery for you all? Did you scar bad? Can you feel the implants through the skin? Do bras feel weird? Can you sleep on your stomach without feeling it? Does it feel like breast tissue? How did you SO react?

My DH hates the idea. I just want to feel confident again and sexy.

Can anyone give me some information? TIA

Thumbs up Re: Question about breast augmentation

Breast augmentation was one of the best things I could have ever done for my self image! A woman wants to feel confident with the way she looks with or without clothes on and I can assure you I love mine! I went from a very small b cup to a full c cup. They look completely natural and I have no scarring at all. At first I could not sleep on my stomach but after a couple of months I could. I'm a runner and they do not cause me any pain at all. I say go for it!!!

Re: Question about breast augmentation

I had breast augmentation done in 1998, after 2 children. My breasts were extremely saggy A cup. (like a ball in a sock) anywayz, in 2002, i had a lift done. There was no problem with my 1st surgery, but my second one, there is alot more involved in a lift! More cutting, scarring etc! The one thing i have to tell you, is if you smoke, QUIT before the surgery. My doctor did not tell me that, and i had SEVERE scarring from the lift, due to being a smoker. I wanted to sue him, but a very hard thing to do with a plastic surgeon. SO, i am now going in to get scar revision done. What i did learn from plastic surgery is to not look for PERFECTION, i only say that because you have no idea how your body will react or adjust to a forein object, and there are risks with any type of surgery. So i look at cosmetic surgery as an aprovement to what they were like before. Your pigment has alot to do with scarring, as i am very fair. Good luck to you............just wanted to share my story!

Re: Question about breast augmentation

Thank you both fo your replies. I am into fitness so I was wondering about the discomfort level in exercise. I am pregnant now with our last child. I am thinking ahead to after my body is back to normal.

I do not smoke thank goodness. I would have been upset at my surgeon too.

Anyway thanks again.

Cool Re: Question about breast augmentation

I had breast augmentation 10yrs ago. I was barely a B-cup and went to a DD-cup. The bigger you go the more it hurts. The tighter your skin the more it hurts. Since you have had kids it shouldn't be to bad. For the least scarring going in around the nipple seems to be the best. And if you have a good DR you won't lose any feeling. I am very active and they don't ge tin the way. They look natural but that all depends on the type and shape of implant used. I would to many different DR and find one you are comfortable with. Not the cheapest or most expensive. One that you feel understands you and what you want. I would never change the fact that I got them. Implants have about a 15-20 lifespan so remember that. You will most likely have to have another surgery sometime. Not all people do it just depends on how your body reacts to them.
