Want to reduce my underchin neck... - Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Message Board

I have looked and dont see a post on this..but know it's done alot...I have looked it up on internet...and seen it on TV...I need to have lipo in my neck..this is the under chin part that starts to sag...it feels like all fat..not the thin vertical lines of folds that some people have...this feels like fat...and I just hate to look in the mirror now...Help...tell me something...and can it be done with jut lipo..I have seen it listed like that...wondering if anyone had any experiece with this....

I have had several consults on the same problem. One doc suggested lipo the excess fat under the chin. My friend had it done and it worked great. With me however the first doc said my skin my be too loose and suggested sevral months after the lipo to have thermog done. The second doc said that wouldnt work and said I would need a lift in combination with the lipo of the chin. Good luck.

My skin is not loose but I'm sure they would suggest doing more ...maybe a neck lift..I've been reading more about this and would like to go somewhere for a talk about it...I'm still scared tho...chicken...but want it done sooo bad. What is Thermog? I tried to look it up but everything that came back was not connected with this. BobbieB
