Any experience with NYC Drs. Philip Miller or Godfrey (Norman)? - Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Message Board

Hello. I would be interested in any experiences with Drs. Philip Miller or Norman Godfrey.

I am interested in a primary rhinoplasty, partly to correct a dorsal defect from injury, and partly for cosmetic reasons (narrowing the nostrils and tip refinement).

I have already had my consultation with Dr. Miller - I liked his manner and he seemed to understand what I would like.

Good gracious!

For the longest time, I've been browsing each single on line forum/chat/message board to try to find info. on Dr. Philip Miller. You're the first person to mention his name.

I need a revision rhino. I've searched the internet day and night looking for the right surgeon (After the 1st. failed surgery, I don't want to take any unnecessary risks).

I went to Dr. Philip Miller's web page. I've read/seen all the articles/shows where he appears. He seems to be very popular in the media. But, is he as good as the media has portrayed him to be? That's what I want to know.

Anyway, I have an appointment with him in 2 weeks. I would love to hear from someone who actually knows something beyond what appears on his website (Actual cases).

After your consultation with him and other doctors, have you made a decision?

I'll have a consultation with Dr. Philip Miller in NY in 2 weeks. He has very good credentials on the media, but I don't know of anyone who has had a rhinoplasty by him.

If you know anything do tell me without breaking the "posting rules".

Hey, I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Norman Godfrey. I am happy with my result. He operates out of hospitals only - I had mine done where he is the head of plastic surgery - NY Hospital in Queens. Have you met with him yet?

I have just heard about Dr. Miller recently. I would love to know more about his work as well, mostly revision rhinoplasty. When you guys go to your consultation, please post your feelings about him and whether you feel that he is all that he is cracked up to be. Thanks.
