Does anyone know of who is the best/ world top ear revision surgeon? My friends has been trying to find a good enough surgeon to pretty much change the whole shape/ not just have them closer to hise head. He's had them done three times, though each time only changed minimally. He has a fairly small head and wanted them reduced quite alot so they would fir his features more, as he's getting older it's really depressing him as he's worried about losing his hair. He also wants some of the cartilage reducing and them taking in a little more at the top and bottoms.
We live in the UK and have been to the 'supposed' expert over here, and he did a very dissatisfactory job. Leaving my friend very upset.
