Anybody knew the newest in lip augmentation? - Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Message Board

My plastic surgeon said he doesn't do permanant implants anymore because there have been problems with them "poking out" or something like that. He doesn't want to do anything remporary because I need something more permanant (because of facial cancer part of my lip was removed). He did an excellent job on it many years ago and it's not noticible to most people, but it is to me.

Maybe some of you bigger city folks can make a reccomendation. Thanks.

Are you looking for injectibles? I've been told that Restylane is the best new thing out there.

I have heard mix things on restalyne.......they say it last 6+ months but everyone I have talked to says only 2-3. So that can be expensive. I have heard radiance is more permanent but can cause lumping and artecoll is good but only available buy some PS. It depends where you live.
