I have another post in "Mens Health" but im hopeing this will increase my chances to an answer or idea etc... Im speaking operation wise... what are the ups and downs to it? Does it really work or is it a myth? Any long term side effects from it or is it all good? Personal expierence, storys you heard or any others I have not said, your all welcome to post.. the more the merry. I just would like basic info on this topic.
