Hi~ i am 17-years old, and i am a full DD. I have been thinking about having a breast reduction done. My mom agreed to it and everything, because they have been causing me headaches, back pain, and neck pain. I know that most surgons won't do the surgery until you are 18. I was just wondering what process you have to go through to get your insurance company to pay for it? What should i expact when i got the doctor, and what it is like before and after the surgery? thank you for all your help.

I don't have any answers, just more questions!
I am a starting to pop out of my DD bras and would like to go down to a C. I've had one baby (almost two years ago) and my breasts having been increasingly sagging. Also-I'm about thirty pound overweight.
So, these are my questions.
1. Do breast reductions alone also help the sagging problem?
2. Does insurance not cover breast reduction for overweight people? If they do cover it do you have to go down to a certain size (e.g., you must go down to a B)
3. If I were to get a reduction and then lose weight later would my breasts probably lose weight also?

I know the last question sounds kind of ridiculous, but my thinking is that maybe there is a "normal" fat content of certain body areas that are less likely to change!!
