Hi,everyone! I want to go for breast enlargement. I could use any kind of advise. If you know anything about Dr. Brad Jacobs or any other good doctors. What kind of implants are better: silicone or saline? Thanks a lot.

Check out Dr. Sharon Giese, she young but specializes in breast, she did my friends and they are awsome, silicone is better.

I don't know what kind of research anyone else has done, but I'm certain saline implants are safer. If a silicone implant leaks, it cannot be absorbed by the body and can cause serious complications to your health. On the otherhand, saline is basicaly salt and water. It can be absorbed by your body quickly without complications to your health. Do what you will, but just research research research. Don't depend on anyone to do it for you. It's YOUR body.
