i would wait until you are 21. i wanted to fix my nose since i was about 18, but i just now got it done at the age of 22. there are a few reasons why you should wait. first of all, it is extremely expensive if you are going to go with a good doctor (which i would recommend). it cost me nearly $12,000 out of pocket for mine ($11k for surgery, $1k in travel/accomodations). that's for a primary rhinoplasty. chances are, you don't have that kind of money yet. and the credit rates are outrageous if you plan on putting it on a payment plan. not to mention, there is a chance you might need a secondary rhinoplasty, which could put you even further into debt. also, your nose could still be growing right now since you aren't yet 21. what you should do is start saving your money now, wait until you are 21 and have the money, and get the best surgeon money can buy.

i am 3 days post-opp right now, and i am so glad i waited. i could've gotten it done for about $6k about a year ago, but i decided to wait another year and save more money so i could get a better surgeon. i went with dr. denenberg in omaha, nebraska. he is one of the best there is. he has done over 1500 rhinoplasties and he is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. he is very skilled (you should see his work) and will take as long as he has to in order to tweak your nose just right. he took about 3 and a half hours on my nose. i can already tell my nose is looking great so far, and it's only getting better as the swelling is starting to go down around my eyes and bridge. hope that helps.
