hey I just had work done in NJ the doctor was great. That's far for you but just make sure the doctor is trained in facial surgery and specifically in rhinoplasty. Do not go to a generalist ( does lipo, breast, arms, legs, butts etc you get the picture) Talk to him about everything and look at his pictures. Tell him something crazy like you want a caucasian nose and if he says yes run because he is not your guy. You really want someone that is conservative in a good way but points out everything that needs to be taken care of from an aesthetic and from a technical standpoint.
