Fanny and stronger are right a otolaryngologist is trained in ear, nose and throat issues, based on that alone they are not qualified as a cosmetic surgeon.
They can specialize in any area of ENT care now if you find a cosmetic surgeon who is a otolaryngologist specializing in facial care and has been trained in facial cosmetic surgery( board certified of course) then you have a winner

because they understand the functional aspects of your each part of the face and the aesthetic aspects as well due to the training is cosmetic surgery.
Since you will be going in for revision your best bet is to find an otolaryngologist who is a board certified facial and reconstructive surgeon. It would not hurt if the doctor specializes in rhinoplasty.
The reason you have to get very specific about training and experience is because you to do not want to have a pretty nose but can't breathe or anything crazy like that. I was comfortable with my doctor because he had everything I needed for the best results possible. This are some of his credentials
